    • Each item is handmade. Many hours of time, effort and creativity are invested into each product.
    • The lighting in the photos may impact/appear different from the actual color of the item.
    • Products may also be subject to minor flaws due to being handmade.
    • Measurements/dimensions for each item are approximates.
    • Products available on the website may take up to 8 weeks to be completed.
    • Custom orders may take 3-6 months to complete. This depends on the type of request (i.e., custom purse, quilt, tote, etc.), the design and complexity of each requested item. 
    • No rushed orders will be accepted at this time. 
    • Returns, refunds and credits are not permitted. All sales are final.

    • All items are made to order and are one of a kind. No bag is exactly alike. When you select an item you will receive one that is very similar. Or you can select a style, but choose completely different colors and fabric. Just complete the Contact Form below. Please also see Custom Purses: Orders and Requests. 
    • Please allow 6-8 weeks for items available on the website to be created. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped.
    • If you would like to order an item that is Sold Out, please complete the Contact Form to make your request.
