All items are made to order and are one of a kind. No bag is exactly alike. When you select an item you will receive one that is very similar. Or you can select a style, but choose completely different colors and fabric. Just complete the Contact Form. For a complete overview please see Terms of Service. Please also see Custom Orders and Requests. Please allow 6-8 weeks for available items on the website to be created. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped. If you would like to order an item that is Sold Out, please complete the Contact Form to make your request.

This depends on the type of request (i.e. custom purse, quilt, tote, etc.), the design and complexity of each requested item. Custom Purses: Please allow up to 3 months. Each item is handmade. Many hours of time, effort and creativity are invested into each product. The lighting in the photos may impact/appear different from the actual color of the item. Products may also be subject to minor flaws and are sold 'AS IS.' Measurements/dimensions for each item are approximates. Products available on the website may take up to 8 weeks to be completed. Custom orders may take 3-6 months to complete. This depends on the type of request (i.e., custom purse, quilt, tote, etc.), the design and complexity of each requested item. No rushed orders will be accepted at this time. Returns, refunds and credits are not permitted.
